Facility Maintenance Supervisor

A key member of the Operations Team, the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will have the responsibility of supervising and working alongside their crew to maintain 3 facilities in a safe, clean, secure, and properly functioning condition.

Essential Functions of the Role

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervising facility maintenance team, prioritizing and delegating tasks daily.
• Creating and maintaining a routine maintenance schedule for all 3 locations.
• Performing equipment maintenance, keeping inventory records and requesting new supplies or equipment service as needed.
• Identifying, attending to, and reporting any facilities related issues as they arise.
• Performing building maintenance as needed.
• Self-performing or assisting other tradespeople with of all basic repairs related to plumbing, electrical, mechanical equipment, and HVAC.
• Inspecting facilities to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards and recommending corrective or preventative measures where indicated
• Performing security checks of facilities and grounds

Individuals must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Requires walking primarily on a level surface for extended periods of time throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to pull/pack or store materials throughout the work day. Proper lifting techniques required. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift.

Physical environment that is subject to temperature extremes, movement of mobile and fixed equipment, and other conditions associated with a warehouse operation.
