Natural Essentials, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced
Facilities Maintenance Technician for our Aurora, OH location.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards, and take appropriate corrective actions
- Monitor and maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Complete work orders in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or related field
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Experience working with power tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM +/-
Pay Rate: Dependent upon experience
