Seeking a Facility Manager located in Jacksonville, FL! This leader will be responsible for the location's sales and operations' growth & profitability,

Responsibilities:

• Manage all site activities including business strategy, financial and operational performance
• Oversee site management, sales teams (inside and outside), warehousing, and logistics functions
• Lead efforts on market analysis for region and competing interests
• Develop relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments
• Maintain the highest safety standards possible with a goal of zero incidents and ensure timely and accurate reporting of incident investigations
• Analyze all aspects of facility operations. Develop, communicate, and adjust the business strategy to achieve sales and budget requirements
• Promote and measure performance of all personnel towards established objectives

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree and minimum of 5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Metals or building materials industry experience is highly preferred
• Must have experience managing a sales team
• Proficienct developing sales & business strategy and managing a multi-functional work environment
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Computer proficiency with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
