Our entertainment venue, PINSTACK, features a full-service restaurant and bar, as well as bowling lanes with lane-side food and beverage service. We also have an awesome game room with attractions and hundreds of the newest video games and simulator technology.

There are multiple areas for hosting groups as well, including a VIP bowling lounge and private event spaces with private bowling lanes, PINSTACK is equipped to host multiple events, parties, and corporate events as well.

With all those moving parts, we are looking for a STRONG LEADER to be our Restaurant Manager in run the Front of House aspect of our business and give our guests great customer service when they dine with us.

• Someone who is not afraid to jump behind the bar, or run the expo line on a busy Saturday ensuring that food is going out hot and fresh.

Primary Job Duties:

• Execute all of the job duties of the FOH department positions

• Ability to resolve larger guest service issues and manage on shift guest service standards
• Manage on shift labor efficiency and safety standards
• Coordinate/supervise training of new hires
• Manage cash control standards per company policies and accurately complete daily deposits
• Maintain or exceed all sales goals as directed by the FOH Manager
• Assist with team member scheduling per labor templates
• Assist with coordinating periodic deep cleaning and enforcing opening/closing procedures
• Assist with managing shift operations (cash control, safety, quality control, etc.)
• Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a manager
• Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Must be comfortable climbing on a ladder

Special Requirements:

• Must be proficient in menu knowledge and food service basics
• Must possess a valid Food Handler’s Certificate or other similar license per local code
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Obtain training certification per company policy
• Must possess a valid TABC or other legal license to sell/serve alcohol per local code
