Fairview Health Services is seeking a
Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care clinic
M Health Fairview Clinic – River Falls. Join our multi-specialty practice that is a thriving outpatient practice with a diverse patient mix in regard to age and socioeconomics.
Practice Details:
- 13 provider primary care practice.
- Patient encounters average 20-22 patients per day.
- Full time is 35 patient contact hours per week.
- Openings: 1.0 FTE (Full Time) Flexible schedule.
Income Details:
- Initial market competitive salary guarantee.

- Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Family Nurse Practitioner training program.
- BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC.
- Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota & Wisconsin Board of Nursing.
- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota & Wisconsin.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).
- DOT Certification or eligible/willing to be certified.
