We are a diagnostic and treatment center in
Jamaica, NY is seeking a
Family Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages.
The Family Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide patient-centered care, with a focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to providing compassionate and culturally sensitive care.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing and current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Current New York State license as a Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a primary care setting
