Sarah D. Culbertson Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our rural health clinic team. We are looking for a candidate that wants to become a long-term member of our family and lead Culbertson for years to come.

Duties: Provides primary care to patients in the Rural Health Clinic setting following established hospital, stat and federal regulatory standards, practices and requirements.

Hours: 7am to 5:30pm - 4 days/week

Qualifications: Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Illinois. One (1) year of practicing in a primary care clinic setting preferred.
