HS diploma, current UTMB student enrolled at least half time
- Type and maintain meeting minutes from handwritten notes
- Maintain brochures in the Hall of Medical History
- Filing and organize McGovern Academy's library
- Monitor Latch Key Room for cleanliness & organization
- Maintain inventory of supplies in office, storeroom, and Latch Key Room
- Assist with social media & website updates
- Meet food delivery staff & AV set-up for various meetings and conferences
- Assist McGovern Academy staff as needed
