The Feed Mill Manager is responsible for oversight of the feed mill operations located in Loogootee, IN. Responsibilities focus on the manufacture, inspection, delivery of feed, FSMA SOP’s, and maintenance in a manner that will optimize the company’s market share and savings and improve the company’s efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce swine feed per given schedule to specifications in a timely manner
• Maintain quality of mixes
• Maintain equipment and facility and plan for needed repairs
• Maintain inventory, inventory reports and department records
• Attend product training and meetings as requested
• Assist in delivery of product as needed, verify all products are accounted for and inspect all feeds as they are loaded and unloaded

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college preferred
• CDL and appropriate endorsements required or the ability/willingness to obtain

• Able to sit, bend, and reach over head as part of daily office activities
• Able to lift 60+ lbs.
• Able to read documents with fine print.
• Able to use a keyboard
