Job Description & Responsibilities
Sigora Solar is seeking a Field Service Technician III to join our growing team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on residential solar and commercial solar systems that are roof mounted or ground mounted.
- Troubleshooting electrical and control equipment faults.
- Removal/Replacement/Installation of hardware, PV modules, inverters, monitoring equipment and any other component.
- Prepare reports, mostly through automated tools, if needed to comply with deliverables in O&M contracts.
- Help in all areas of preventative and corrective maintenance as directed by manager with minimal supervision.
- Document completion of work and cleanup of job site.
- Attend training sessions on equipment as provided by the manufacturer and approved by manager.
- Use of equipment and resources in accordance with instructions provided by the company.
- Adherence to Company policies, quality, environmental health and safety policies and good housekeeping practices.
- Weekend on call duties for emergency response to significant faults.
- Attend mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety.
- Additional duties required as needed
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Must have the ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
- Must not have a fear of heights
- Work well alone and in groups
- Be punctual
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- 3+ Years of Solar and/or Electrical experience is a must.
- Powerwall experience is preferred.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Must have the ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
- Must feel comfortable with working in roofs of varying heights
- Work well alone and in groups
- Be punctual
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
