We are looking for a Store Manager who will implement our growth strategies to achieve sales goals and optimize profitability; oversee all aspects of the retail program, leading the current store guest experience, treatment, operations, and merchandizing teams to develop an engaged group of incredible people.

You are a visionary leader with excellent communication & project management abilities who is as passionate about achieving results as they are developing their people. You will manage the retail/service teams and work closely with internal teams across departments.

We are looking for someone who has:

• 7+ years multifaceted retail or hospitality management experience, including US store operations
• You are passionate about experience first, and you deeply care for the consumer
• You are a retail expert who can grow and operate the brick-and-mortar revenue channel and deliver on profit goals
• Demonstrable success operating single / multiple units
• Demonstrable success improving existing store performance with clear articulation of actions taken and resulting metrics
• You bring a strong background in hands-on store management, with skincare and hospitality a preferred requirement
• Growth mindset with ability to balance focus on current business with expansion initiatives
• Analytically strong, with experience implementing strategy and financial models to optimize stores, testing and iterating to deliver results
• Experience creating short and long term strategy in a fast paced dynamic environment
• Player-coach leadership ability with focus on critical thinking and problem solving skill
• Highly detail-oriented, excellent organization, communication and people management skills
• A highly analytical decision maker with the ability to balance creative vision with data-supported performance plans

What a day as the Fig Bar Manager might look like:

• Implement retail strategies to drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability
• Analyze and assess business to identify opportunity; implement measure and iterate to continuously improve
• Continually develop playbook and processes to develop high performing team
• Drive retail operational excellence and standards across all roles
• Build, develop and lead high performing teams that exceed targets across differing functions of the Fig Bar
• Implement marketing + community initiatives based on prescribed frameworks
• Host brand training activations with guests and team members
• Work with the Creative team to ensure retail operations are meeting Formula Fig brand standards
• Oversee workforce management and scheduling for your Fig Bar
