Position Summary: Join our Health Information Management team as a File Clerk. You will be sorting, scanning and filing documents into an electronic medical record.
Essential Job Functions:
- Daily data entry and sorting through paper work.
- Make sure all medical records are protected and kept confidential.
- Complete clerical duties including answering phones.
- Ensure all of patient medical records are scanned and filed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Collecting and sorting patient information and scanning.
- File all patients medical records into patient chart.
- Ensure patient chart and paperwork are accurate.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate.
- 1 year experience data entry or equivalent computer skills.
- Customer Service skills.
- Must be able to navigate computers and various computer programs.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
