We are looking for talented induvial to lead our Sales Team , must be goal oriented and are looking to improve month over month , have high expectations of themselves and others.
Job Descriptions:
- Work on Credit Applications and structure deals for both prime and subprime finance companies and work to maximize deal for both customer and dealer.
(West Lake & CPS Experience preferred)
- Assign and Manage Leads to Team Members.
- Handle Buybacks and Returns / First Payment Defaults.
- Manage Basic Excel Sheets of Performance.
- Maintain a Professional Work environment.
- Efficiency on working leads as we get over 50 leads/credit apps a day.
- Maintain Customer Relations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,375.06 - $120,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dallas-Fort Worth, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Dealership experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
