Description:Selected candidate will serve as a team lead of cost management analysts on the Longbow FCR program. Will be responsible for the training and coaching of team members. Must be experienced in the day-to-day cost management responsibilities to supervise activities that include; establish and monitor program budgets, track and reconcile costs, track program funding requirements, conduct cost analysis; risk and opportunity analysis; CSDR (1921) preparation; and develop variance explanations and recommendations for corrective actions as required. Will be responsible for forecasting orders, sales, profit, and cash flow. Will supervise analysts that prepare cost reports, and prepare and analyze quarterly estimates at completions (EACs). Will assist analysts in the preparation of the quarterly CSR charts. Will also assist the program team and financial management in monitoring and tracking program expenditures, highlighting issues/concerns/trends to the program team, and ensuring that program financial commitments are met. Will interact with a variety of program and financial management personnel and ensure conformance with company and program processes and procedures. Will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of analysts, delegation of assignments, and ensuring balancing of resources to ensure team and program goals are met.
