Britton Industries is looking to add a Financial Accountant for our staff. This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer. The duties of this position include the following;

• Develop and maintain analysis of all balance sheet accounts for monthly closing
• Maintain listing of all closing entries on a monthly checklist
• Prepare Financial Statement for Monthly reporting package
• Maintain schedules for all insurance policies
• Maintain tax filing checklist to insure all payments are made timely
• Maintain all sales tax reporting
• Assist in the preparation of information for planning and budgeting
• Review and maintain daily bank reconciliations
• Maintain information on all note and lease payments and debt schedules
• Report fixed asset additions and deletions
• Maintain files on all Capital Projects
• File and process all fuel taxes and IFTA filings and FHJT
• Maintain cash accounting for all locations
• Reconcile credit card processing

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
Compensation Salary commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits which includes health, dental, 401(K) paid vacations and holidays.
