Starting total compensation for this position is $75,000-$100,000 annually. We will pay to relocate the right person.

We are seeking a Relationship Manager for our firm. We provide outstanding benefits including a hybrid work environment after an in-office training period. We have a robust training program and upon completion of this training program, you will be working with our clients. Our Relationship Manager is tasked with being the first point of contact for our clients and assists them in implementing their wealth strategy and building lifelong relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Gather, organize and synthesize client data within a financial planning context
- Interface with client third-party administrators, attorneys, accountants, and custodians
- Respond to client requests via phone and email promptly
- Analyze client situations and propose possible solutions in the wealth management planning process
- Provide support to relationship manager(s) and wealth manager(s) in and out of meetings
- Operate financial planning and client management software
- Work with our amazing team to assist in resolving client issues
Requirements:
- A CFP designation OR eligible to sit for the exam within 6 months
- Series 65 or you must obtain in the first 90 days of employment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Attention to detail

Interview Process:
Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15–30 minute phone interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates will be asked to take assessments.
