Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) is a key contributor to the planning, forecasting and analysis functions across our portfolio of brands. SFA will work with our Executive Team in all disciplines of the company and provide support to senior management, sales & marketing, inventory planning, and operations. The Senior Financial Analyst must have financial reporting and analytics experience, be detail orientated, driven and independent, and have strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities to Include:

• Consolidate and analyze financial data including budget, forecast and actuals reconciliations, period-to-period variance analysis, analyzing cost deviation with variance explanations;
• Assist operating team with alignment and decision making as pertains to financial implications; present data in cohesive reports that provide clear communication and recommendations;
• Preparation of studies, reports, analyses, and recommendations in areas such as budgets, financial plans, KPI and other operating metrics reporting, and business forecasts.
• Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budget and monthly forecasts
• Preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements and debt compliance materials
• Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance.
• The Senior Financial Analyst will conduct special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepare recommendations for policy, procedure, control, or action.
• The Senior Financial Analyst will assist with other duties and special projects as needed.

Education Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience and/or Training 5+ years of accounting and finance experience; manufacturing and/or e-commerce experience preferred.

Technology/Equipment Proficiency working in excel. NetSuite experience preferred.

Other Skills: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency working in excel and ability to identify variations and trends.
