Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
1. Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
2. Creates financial models based on analyses to support organizational decision making.
3. Develops financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.
4. Evaluates financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
5. Analyzes industry trends and makes recommendations based on those trends.
6. Analyzing variances – Compile and analyze financial reports and find discrepancies that require senior management’s attention.
7. Creates budgets at the branch and company level.
8. Increase productivity by developing automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.
9. Creates ad hoc reporting as needed.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands repetitively to operate standard office equipment. Required Education, Experience & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field required
- 1 – 2 years of business finance or other relevant experience preferred
- Experience working with, and presenting to, senior executives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience with Power BI, SQL or Tableau preferred
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
- Good business acumen
- Strong quantitative and analytical competency
- Experience working with large data sets
