Position Description


  • Responsible for supporting senior analysts in the development of analyses, preparation of financial and other reports, rendering of bills and administration of contracts. Generally, the work performed by this position can only be accomplished in an efficient and timely manner through the effective use of computers.

    • Essential Job Tasks:
  • Completes analyses using basic financial and economic principles including break even analysis, time value of money concepts, amortization, depreciation, accrual vs. cash approaches, incremental/margin costing concepts, etc.
  • Leads the daily administration of certain wholesale power sales contracts, such as Bamberg, Georgetown, Seneca, Waynesville, and PMPA, including assistance in drafting of contracts and amendments.
  • Assist senior analyst in the Central Cost of Service Model.
  • Proficiently understands the development and content of standard financial statements, basic principles involved in the interpretation and administration of business contracts, and can operate personal computer programs such as Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Responds to customer inquiries and research solutions.
  • Assists manager in the administration of the Central contract, including assistance in drafting of contracts.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred.
  • Will consider a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

    • Compensation Information:
    $48,920 - $61,140 (min. - mid.)

    Financial Analyst II
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred +2 years experience.
  • Will consider a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

    • Compensation Information:
    $60,820 - $76,020 (min. - mid.)

    Financial Analyst III
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred +5 years experience.
  • Will consider a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

    • Compensation Information:
    $75,600 - $94,490 (min. - mid.)
