WinnCompanies is searching for an ambitious and motivated Financial Analyst II to join our team in our Lowell Regional Office. In this role, you will be responsible for financial reporting and strategic and risk analysis for our corporate office.

This role will follow a hybrid schedule, which will be determined by the selected candidate and the hiring manager upon offer extension. It will also report to the Vice President, Corporate Accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Produce payroll billing tracker and allocation reimbursement of 3,600 employees reporting to over hundreds of sites.
  • Work closely with AR on collection of all corporate reimbursement.
  • Track all corporate chargebacks for the site.
  • Support financial and operational planning, budgeting, data management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Complete complex modeling, statistical reporting, and multi file mapping in Microsoft Excel.
  • Monitor all Accounting functions: AR, AP, general ledger review, and payroll.
  • Work closely with various departments in ensuring full data integrity and quality reporting.
  • Participate in executive-level meetings by communicating key findings of analyses and recommendations.
  • Complete ad-hoc assignments as needed by the Vice President, Corporate Accounting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of financial-related work experience.
  • Prior experience in accounting.
  • Demonstrated ADVANCED Microsoft Excel experience (advance formulas, advance functional knowledge, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
  • Ability to manage a process.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in public accounting.
  • Experience with RealPage property management software.
