Tannersville Dental Care is seeking a friendly, experienced financial coordinator to join our team. We are a family-oriented dental office located in Tannersville, dedicated to providing excellent dental care and service to our patients. Our office is open Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm.

Responsibilities:

• Present treatment plans to patients
• Manage all aspects of the dental practice's billing and collections, including insurance claims, patient accounts, and payment processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and collections to maximize revenue for the practice.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies to ensure prompt payment of claims.
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient records and billing information.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in insurance regulations and billing procedures.
• Verify and process dental insurance information
• Processing pre-determinations
• Posting EOBS to patient accounts

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental office or medical office setting
• Comfortable presenting treatment plans to patients
• If you have a background in sales it would be a bonus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
