You will participate on an operational team that supports our clients by completing daily workloads in an accurate and timely manner. Your operational functions include one or more of these areas: New Accounts, Income Processing, Transfers-In, Transfers-Out, Statements, Cash Management/Treasury, Financial Control, Settlements and Trading. Recent college or documentation experience.
Responsibilities:
- Review documentation and process requests
- Cultivate strong relationships with our clients
- Analyze information to ensure high level of quality
- Anticipate and respond to client needs and resolve client issues
- Interface with a variety of systems and departments to resolve tasks
- Recognize and escalate operational issues and discrepancies to leadership
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Interact and communicate in a professional and friendly manner with business partners across the organization and the financial industry
- Maintain a high degree of regulatory compliance and escalate any potential risk
- Other duties and assignments as needed
- College degree or some college preferred or equivalent experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and processes
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Team player who maintains a positive attitude

A targeted hourly range of USD $18.90/Hr. - USD $23.00/Hr., based on the experience, skills, and education/certification required for this position. Eligibility for a discretionary semi-annual incentive compensation plan, based upon performance, payable in cash and/or share grants (RSU’s) that may vest over time. The annual discretionary target bonus percentage is 10%.
