WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

In this Financial Services Officer position, we rely on you to effectively assist our members with complex financial transactions while providing exceptional customer service. In addition to assisting with basic cash handling (withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments, and more), this position will need to assist members with opening or closing accounts, and receiving consumer loan applications. Our members depend on you to do everything with precision and care, including recommending appropriate product and services after identifying member needs. In addition to helping our members, you are happy to jump in and perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input and answering the telephone. If you can do those things and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!

• Prior financial service experience
• Knowledge of the loan process
• Experience opening accounts and receiving loan applications
• Experience handling money
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 to 3 years of related experience needed
