Coach/Personal Trainer F45 Training

This is a unique opportunity to work with our organization, Why Fit LLC, an F45Training Franchise Group that will be growing exponentially over the next year. We will be opening and offering functional fitness classes in over 12 locations in the Philadelphia suburban region over the next 2 years. Come grow with us!

F45 stands for functional 45-minute training, and it's the fastest growing fitness franchise network in the world. F45 has exploded in the last 4 years with over 1,900 franchisees in 63 countries, and still growing!

F45 Training combines elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training.

F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience.

The ideal candidate has a passion for health and fitness, has mastered the skills of exercise, motivation, and has a contagious energy. This position is for Coaches who are dedicated to building a community that keeps our members coming back every single day. There are no workouts to plan, F45 does it all for you.

Responsibilities and Duties

Daily responsibilities and duties include:

• Fit and able to complete all workouts
• Hard working and committed to their role, studio and the brand
• Punctual and prepared for class
• Inspiring and motivating
• Clear communicators that speak loudly and concisely
• Leading F45 High-Intensity Interval Group Training Classes
• Ensuring members are using correct form
• Providing positive coaching feedback and motivation to members
• Able to give regressions and progressions for all exercises
• Inspiring and promoting an energetic environment
• Assist with promotional events with team members to introduce the service or extend the brand
• Enrolls new members on site or in the community
• Assisting in the sale of memberships and other offerings
• Able to multi-task and think on their feet
• Ensuring the studio is always neat and tidy
• Attends and participates in weekly and monthly operational meetings
• Able to perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed

Requirements

• Personal Trainer Certification through a nationally recognized organization (AFAA, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)
• Current CPR/AED
• A willingness to work flexible hours including mornings and weekends

Compensation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30/class, $15/hour for cleaning, meetings, set-up, events, etc.
