o Assist with correspondence to Operations Managers and other personnel on gathering required information.

o Manage the Fleet communications / incoming email and the daily workflow for fleet.

o Maintain organized and accurate inventory of all fleet vehicles throughout Alliance utilizing the Fleet Management Service provider system, HRIS, ATLAS and other resource tools.

o Maintain vehicle files, update, and add new folders when there is additional information.

o Log vehicle DOT inspections (as required), state inspections and registration renewal dates in the appropriate Master Fleet spreadsheet. Save copies in the designated location on the server for access when needed and send reminders for upcoming inspections due.

o Track Fleet vehicle transfers, GVWRs, tire information, recalls and registrations.

o Toll tag management.

o Follow up on all vehicle sales and purchases. Track process to be sure all steps are adhered to by the appropriate parties.

o Set up Insurance coverage for acquired vehicles.

o Order WEX cards for new vehicle additions to the fleet. Order replacement WEX cards if the original card is lost or not working and terminate the old card. Run activity reports if needed. Deactivate WEX cards for sold vehicles.

o Assist with any 3rd party fleet support systems

o Assist with various fleet reports and projects as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,053.44 - $60,000.00 per year
