Job Summary:
Provides a resource pool of experienced RN’s which will provide a flexible staffing plan for additional unit based staff;
assists in meeting fluctuating staffing needs during periods of increased workload or staffing shortages; and reduces overtime of regularly scheduled staff.
Required Qualifications:
Associate Degree and current Registered Nurse licensed in the state of South Carolina or a compact state and two (2) years RN experience and CPR certification. ACLS for work in critical care areas or ability to obtain six (6) months from hire date. PALS for work in critical care and mother/baby areas.
