Floor Tech/Porter-Full Time
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Floor Technician/Porter on a full time basis to provide residents and guests of John Knox Village a clean and safe environment including cleaning resident areas and common areas, fixing minor repairs and answering service calls. This is an exciting full-time position, offering variety and meaning in a role that delivers a wide range of service and assistance to our elders and residents.
What we're looking for:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of floor tech experience with the appropriate knowledge of floor cleaning and maintenance equipment
- Experience with maintenance work a plus
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Exemplary customer service and communication skills
- Flexible schedule, with the ability to work holidays and weekends
