Blush Tea and Coffee St Pete is expanding! We are looking for the perfect Food Program Manager to grow with us!

Chosen individual should have:

Ability to oversee, implement and launch new menu and kitchen operations.

Ability to delegate and provide direction to kitchen staff.

Willingness to learn and to mentor.

Be creative, proactive, capable of taking initiative.

Responsibilities

Menu Development

Inventory and food ordering

Keep weekly and monthly food cost reports.

Complete or delegate daily kitchen duties.

Schedule Kitchen staff shifts.

Supervise Food Preparation.

Ensure compliance with all food handling requirements.

Requirements:

Food Manager Protection Certification

Min. of 2 years of kitchen experience.

Able to work full time and be flexible as necessary.

Ability to communicate and listen effectively in a team environment.

Problem solving skills.

Salary: $39,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
