Downtown Los Angeles Proper Hotel is looking for a highly motivated Food and Beverage Food Runner. This historic 148 room renovated Hotel has two restaurants, event venues and a spectacular rooftop bar.
Job Overview
- Protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
- Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, prices, preparation methodsw / time, ingredients, appearance, serving temperature, portion size, garnish etc.
- Update job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a Food Runner in a Food and Beverage environment
- Must possess a positive attitude
- Must be service oriented and a team player
- Ability to work flexible schedules and willing and able to work shift duties that may include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Work cohesively with Colleagues as part of a team
