Job description

We are looking for a Food Service Worker to join our amazing team at a local restaurant in Albany, Ga. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, have an attention to detail, and be able to clearly communicate with customers. A successful candidate will also possess leadership qualities and enjoy working with others as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food, beverages, and dishes to customers.
• Operate point of sale hardware and cash register systems.
• Follow health department codes and regulations.
• Follow sanitary guidelines set by food preparation employer.
• Perform duties according to the needs and wants of customers.
• Resolve customer issues.
• Read food labels in order to inform customers if menu items contain allergens or ingredients that may not agree with specific dietary restrictions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
