Our 365 bed medical center has successfully transitioned from a stand-alone facility to being part of Hackensack Meridian Health, the most comprehensive and truly integrated network in New Jersey. Mountainside is a joint venture between Hackensack Meridian Health and Ardent Health Services, one of the country’s leading private hospital management companies.
Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be able to:
- Prepares and delivers food and trays, washes dishes and cleans and sanitizes kitchen according to health standards
- Serves and replenishes food from counters and steam tables
- Prepares cold sandwiches and reads recipes
- Adheres to State Sanitation codes and regulations
- Follows assigned break schedules
- Collects and strips trays for dishwashing if assigned
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Perform any and all other duties as assigned
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous food service experience preferred
