Location:

Main restaurant is in Durham, meet there to pack and get the truck ready. Will be working on the food truck so must travel on the food truck. We are also opening another restaurant so you will be trained on the truck and may be moved to the restaurant.

Requirements/ Skills:

-No criminal history

-Best candidates will have 2-3 years of experience as a cook.

- Must have valid drivers license

- If willing to learn to drive food truck (There will be pay raise accordingly)

-Must have positive attitude :)

-Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures

-Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

-Must have own transportation

-Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

-Must be well organized and focused

-Must demonstrate excellent professionalism

Pay:

-Employees will also have an opportunity to earn bonus based on work performance

-Pay will be based on the experience and skill set but will be very competitive

-There is a pay raise scale depending on your work performance

-Start with Hourly pay with potential for a salaried position and managerial positions.

Responsibilities:

-Early prep (cut veggies and meats) for the daily operations of the Truck

-Set up and stock trucks with all necessary supplies.

-Make sauces and marinades

-Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff during service hours

-Keep working environment clean

- Cleaning and maintaining a sanitation score above 95

- Maintenance of generator

- Customer service focused

-Maintain a positive and professional approach to coworkers and managers

-Re-stock and move things in place for delivery days.
