Overview:
Foreclosure Billing Clerk needed in any of our offices nation-wide! The Foreclosure Billing Clerk will be responsible for preparing and submitting invoices, as well as providing supporting documentation. This individual will need to have prior experience with Loansphere, Excel, Black Knight, Tempo, and have a full understanding of foreclosure processes. Your Foreclosure Billing Clerk Duties and Responsibilities:

• Request pre-approval for additional fees required from the client
• Respond to additional fee denials to ensure approval
• Input additional fee approvals in case management system
• Prepare and submit invoices
• Reconciliation of pending invoices
