Job description

e are looking for a 2nd shift Forklift Operator for a produce company located in Pompano Beach, FL. This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity. The pay rate is $17/hr.

Schedule- Saturdays 3pm to 12am or Sundays 9pm to 4am (Day off either Sat or Sun and one during the week) Hours varies depending on loads, could work past 8 hours)

Responsibilities of forklift operator:

• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment physically.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment that is 34-50 degrees
• Must be flexible, MUST have recent experience on electrical, sit down forklift,
• Must be able to stack pallets.
• Must be able to follow directions, be detail oriented and have good communication skills.
• Bilingual, a plus but not a requirement.
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50lbs, Walk, Stand, Bend, Lift for a long period.
• Must be able to handle cold environment, uniforms provided by company

Requirements for forklift operator:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years forklift experience
• Must be able to pass a national criminal background check and drug screen!
