Adalet, a successful and growing 94-year-old manufacturing company in Cleveland Ohio, is seeking an energetic, motivated and professional Foundry Manager.

This opportunity will include supervision of 25-40 employees in a recently upgraded green-sand aluminum foundry which features a DISA automatic molding machine, floor-molding, and limited permanent molding.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic Process, Quality and Productivity-driven individual with foundry and supervisory experience, excellent technical and people skills, and one who works well in a TEAM-ORIENTED ISO-9000 environment. Experience with equipment selection and financial justification is desirable also.

A bachelor’s degree and formal education in Foundry Technology is preferred, but non-degreed applicants with additional relevant experience will be considered. Experience overseeing sand systems along with expertise in metallurgy, foundry data collection and casting defect analysis would be a plus.
