With over 300+ The Little Gym locations, The Little Gym International team is focused on expanding their brand footprint to positively impact more families around the world.
The Franchise Field Trainer position requires a collaborative strong communicator, who loves teamwork and inspiring change. The Franchise Field Trainer will travel to open new franchise locations, build team cultures, and help The Little Gym lead the way in learning and development. The Franchise Field Trainer will share an in-depth understanding of our product, programs, and teaching philosophies with The Little Gym franchise community world-wide.
What You’ll Do:

The Franchise Field Trainer position requires a collaborative strong communicator, who loves teamwork and inspiring change. The Franchise Field Trainer will travel to open new franchise locations, build team cultures, and help The Little Gym lead the way in learning and development. The Franchise Field Trainer will share an in-depth understanding of our product, programs, and teaching philosophies with The Little Gym franchise community world-wide.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead dynamic trainings on both the operations of the business and our gymnastics-based curriculum.
- On-site training responsibilities include physically spotting children and adults in gymnastics, lifting up to 30 lbs., giving at least 50 high-fives, and having Serious Fun!
- Enthusiastically facilitate Grand Openings for new domestic franchise locations and conduct training events for existing locations.
- Travel up to 2 weeks per month, including weekends, with the potential for international travel.
- Assist in creating content in our learning management system and ensure content is aligned with TLGI standards and the latest learning industry trends.
- Evaluate franchisee performance and share feedback to positively impact their business.
Who You Are:

The ideal candidate will be highly positive, creative, adventurous, and should be able to work independently, but thrive on collaboration in a dynamic environment. - 1-3 years experience in facilitating training events and/or grand openings.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Franchise experience is a plus!
- Previous athletics experience is a plus!
- Experience with The Little Gym franchise is beneficial.
- Strong verbal presenting skills and interpersonal skills.
- A passionate, creative, and positive human.
