The Franchise Marketing Manager is responsible for directly overseeing and executing the marketing strategy to assist franchisees build their customer database and following. This includes content strategy, social media, email marketing, grassroots efforts, and paid advertising.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the marketing team primary point of contact for the Franchise Director and brand specific franchisees, as well as coordinating with other departments
• Lead strategy and management of brand social media postings, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and additional channels as necessary. This includes monthly organic social calendar, social listening, and analytics
• Coordinate grassroots efforts with local franchisees, providing best practices and both proactive and reactive strategies based on enrollment in classes and camps
• Create quarterly marketing toolkits alongside marketing team to cover regional marketing profiles, grassroots strategies, digital best practices, design and language guidelines, compilation of analysis for promotional success, and strategic partnerships
• Identify and assist with coordination of promotional and seasonal events throughout and offer guidance and assistance to franchisees
• Help create and drive ongoing strategies for YouTube and TikTok
• Assist with creating website content, specifically blog posts and PR content that can be linked back to our site
• Assist with Athlete Ambassador and influencer activations and campaigns
• Assist with individual franchisee marketing requests
• Assist with tracking and management of marketing budgets
• Assist with execution of e-blast schedule, both nationally and regionally
• Execute various other paid advertising campaigns

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related Business field

2-3+ years marketing or advertising experience

Passion for or previous experience in sports required. Background in soccer, golf, or tennis is beneficial.

Previous experience in a franchise system strongly preferred

Project Management experience

Strong attention to detail
