We are looking for Front Desk Agents to join our front desk team. The ideal candidates will have a background in both customer service and hospitality, as well as a natural ability to adapt to different situations quickly. Front Desk Agents are responsible for opening the hotel when it opens and closing the hotel when it closes, enforcing all policies and procedures, dealing with any emergencies that may arise and complying with all federal, state, and local regulations. We are looking for highly-motivated individuals who are able to work well in a team environment and who enjoy working with people of all types.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and greet customers.
• Write information down.
• Screen calls to determine client's needs.
• Verify customer paperwork to ensure it is accurate and complete.
• Know what forms of payments are accepted by firm.
• Arrange for alternate payment methods if possible.
• Set up meetings for insurance agents or brokers.
• Answer questions about company's policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $13.00 per hour
