Front Desk Agent
Job description
We are looking for a motivated and organized employee to process, evaluate, and balance reports for the financial manager, operations manager, and accountant. This shift begins at 11 pm and ends at 7 am.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, evaluate, and report on all revenues for the previous date.
- Communicating with all departments of the hotel to ensure everything is satisfactory for our guests.
- Making reservations for arriving guests-checking guests in and out
- Answering guest calls
- Meet and exceed guests’ expectations by anticipating the services they might require and suggesting local venues.
- Provide excellent customer service by being friendly and efficient.
- Problem solves accounting issues and perform basic technology troubleshooting
- Additional tasks and projects as assigned by the direct manager or accounting team
Essential functions include:
- Ability to remain standing for 8 hours.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for 8 hours.
- Ability to frequently move and lift to 20 lbs.
- Ability to walk the property and grounds regularly.
- Ability to move up and down stairs regularly.
- Ability to bend frequently and repetitively during a shift.
- Ability to move quickly based on guest needs.
- Ability to frequently communicate and exchange accurate information effectively.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English.
Required Skills:
- Basic computer skills
- Need to be able to stay organized and calm during stressful situations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
Supplemental pay types:
