The La Quinta by Wyndham Clearwater Central is looking for a part time front desk associate! This individual must have excellent customer service skills. A true desire to serve and take care of our guests. Hotel experience preferred but not required for the right individual. This position will be a mix of morning, evenings and possible night audit shifts.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a smile.
• Enhance guest experience on a daily basis.
• Perform guest registration and room assignment and accommodate special requests of all customers.
• Answer the phone.
• Assist all guests with area information and any other queries as required.
• Communicate and Assist fellow associates in their jobs to ensure that all jobs are done on time.
• Maintain safety by adhering to safety policies.
• Have knowledge about guest rooms, locations, amenities, features and all other services offered by the hotel.
• Must be well groomed and conform to the hotel’s dress code.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
