Job Description:
Front Reception Desk/Administrative Support Assistant
We are looking for a friendly employee to be the welcoming face to company visitors and support staff. Customer Service skills and a professional and friendly demeanor are a must!
Job Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1) tend to front door and the employee side door when employees, service workers, or visitors come to the building. Answer the door using the phone system if they don’t have a badge to access building.
2) Answer phone calls, take messages, transfer calls, and assist with occasional outbound calls request by the General Manager and Director of Pharmacy.
3) Daily Excel reports for the previous day’s production metrics (light knowledge of excel required)
4) Help with onboarding paperwork for new employees when needed (welcoming and printing packets, etc.)
5) Help with other administrative tasks as requested
This position is working Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Requirements:
- Professional and positive demeanor
- Willingness to help and support the team with various administrative tasks
- High School/GED
- Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, general phone systems, and other office equipment
