Here at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Waynesboro, VA, we are looking for someone to help manage our guest services representatives, while solving problems for guests and making sure they are taken care of as if they are family. The Front Desk Supervisor will work with the Guest Services Manager to ensure that the front desk associates are properly trained and that guests’ needs are met and even exceeded. On-the-job training is offered.

Prerequisites:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Prior management experience (preferred)

Hotel or other hospitality experience (preferred)

Works well with others and is willing to take initiative

Pay: From $31,200.00 per year
