Majority of daily tasks will be completed independently according to office guidelines and/or under general supervision. Should foster an engaging in-office experience for our clients and our employees by supporting various functions within the office, having a positive and helpful mindset, proactively offering people assistance.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and direct employees and visitors, answer general inquiries, resolve issues/concerns.
- Retrieve employees from lobby and parking structure (elevator is locked).
- Process space reservation requests (assign and confirm space and equipment) and ensure optimal workspace occupancy.
- Perform administrative duties according to location guidelines.
- May act as a point of contact for external vendors.
- Work in a group to achieve the appropriate level of external, and internal customer satisfaction.
- Provide back up support for Facilities/Services.
- Strong focus on hospitality and customer service.
- Comfortable assisting with any workplace position and showcasing a willingness to help wherever needed.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure service standards are being met.
- Full availability to work 8 hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and occasionally outside of these hour
- This is on site, not remote work
Basic Qualifications :
- HS Diploma
- 1 years Customer Service
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Providing support to high profile in office events as needed. Assist with new office tools, assisting with office bookings, resetting workspaces and general in office support as needed.
- May also be asked to support more broad work activities including those that are held at a location/office level including office events, client events and marketing and communications functions.
