RDA is seeking a full-time professional and dependable team player to join our engineering firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Answering all incoming calls and directing them when needed;
• Greet, communicate with and welcome guests;
• Process incoming mail and packages;
• Process outgoing mail to include UPS/Federal Express/Certified Mail;
• Monitor and order office supplies;
• Monitor and order kitchen supplies;
• Provide general office support as needed;
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• High school graduate
• Good people/communication skills; good telephone manner
• Ability to multitask
• Good organizational skills
• Valid Virginia driver’s license
• Excellent attendance
• Works well under pressure
