Our Front Desk Associates are the face of the club! They are who members and guests see first, so it’s their job to set the tone for the rest of the members’ club experience by being friendly and welcoming. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to earn commissions in addition to hourly pay. This position offers a perfect chance to work in a great atmosphere, learn about the health club business, and enjoy complimentary membership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Member Support
• Ensuring members are checking into the club
• Helping members in-person or over the phone find answers to their inquiries regarding their membership
• Make outbound calls to members regarding account status
• Process monetary transactions for member accounts
• Assist the Operations Manager in daily tasks
• Various light cleaning responsibilities
• Collaborate with other staff members
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Opening the club on time. This is for a MORNING position.

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older to apply
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Vietnamese (Preferred, not required)
• 1+ year Customer Service experience (Preferred, not required)
• Proficiency in typing and general computer use
• Ability to work individually and with a team

General Information:

• Club hours are Monday – Thursday: 5am-11pm, Friday: 5 am-10pm, Saturday – Sunday: 8am-8pm
• Average shift length: 5 to 6 hours
• Common shift availability is as follows
• 5 am - 9 am (weekdays)
• 5 pm-close (weekdays)
• 8 am – 3 pm (weekends)
• 3 pm – 8 pm (weekends)

• Opportunities to pick up extra hours at nearby locations
