Do you enjoy fitness? Are you a people person? Believe in a teamwork environment? As the Rider Experience Specialist, you will be the first face our riders see when they walk into the studio. We welcome them into the land of fitness euphoria. All front desk staff receive unlimited free rides!
Duties will include:
o Greet guests in a prompt, enthusiastic, but professional way to create a friendly and positive atmosphere.
o Provide high level customer service and hospitality to clients.
o Provide support to riders to ensure a successful class check-in process and set up bikes for new riders.
o Maintain knowledge for CycleBar promotions, ride packages, pricing, and retail items
o Perform operational duties: completing daily tasks, checklists, retail inventory management, and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- must have fitness or premium customer service experience
o Must be a team player with the ability to work well with customers and teammates.
o Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced studio environment.
o Must have a positive attitude with a strong comprehension of customer service.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
