WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- High school diploma for equivalent
- Experience in an office environment/medical setting preferred
- Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
- Clerical skills such as scheduling and data entry
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers
- Obtain information from customers and input into the computer system
- Obtain orders from physicians prior to order generation
- Obtain documentation and authorizations needed for customer orders
- Schedule appointments for customers to pick up equipment
- Any additional duties assigned

- Monday-Friday 9:30 AM-6:00 PM
