We are looking for someone to help us deliver an incredible experience to our patients and add to our amazing clinic environment. Our true passion is helping people heal themselves in a way they never thought possible. Our patients are incredible and inspiring people, and we expect the same from our team. We don't expect you to be an expert in physical therapy, but you must have an interest, live a pretty healthy and active lifestyle, and be a good example for our patients. Along with amazing customer service, you will be expected to communicate to potential patients the value of our services. This will include speaking of pricing and our billing structure. Our perfect applicant is comfortable with these conversations because they honestly believe that physical therapy and it's impact on people’s lives is priceless!

This is not a typical Patient Coordinator/Front Desk job, nor is this your typical physical therapy clinic. We go above and beyond to make sure our patients have what they need, are empowered to take control of their health, and have a great experience throughout the process. As a small business, we all play our parts and do whatever is necessary to help our patients and the clinic grow. We step in when needed and have our co-worker’s back. We love what we do and are looking for someone with the same mindset and philosophy.

The clinic is open from Monday to Thursday (7AM to 6PM) and Friday (7AM to 1PM). You would be working part time within these hours.
