SUMMARY Refuels and oils motor vehicles, such as trucks and automobiles and checks all fluids to make sure they are full. Compiles mileage records, fuel consumption log.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Refuel trucks, trailers, and reefers with diesel. Check motor oil and antifreeze and all other fluids. Complete proper forms for equipment to be serviced and fueled by Marva Maid Dairy. Do not overflow trucks or refrigeration engines with oil. Compile daily fuel receipts. Document all reading of the storage tanks and pumps in proper register. Report all usual happenings to the Supervisor. Do not smear oil and grease on door handles, inside cabs, on hoods or hood latches.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School. Drive single/tandem axle trucks and tractors.

REQUIRED LICENSES Driver's License.

PHYISCAL DEMANDS Requires climbing on top and underneath vehicles, reaching, lifting, handling tools. Able to lift light (50lbs. max or 20 lbs. frequently). Anything beyond short demonstration up to and including 30 days. Exposed to truck noise. Exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions, caused by the weather, which results in marked bodily discomfort. Exposed to fumes and odors of grease, oil, gas, and engine exhaust.
