Job Summary: The purpose of the Fulfillment Associate is to perform the daily order fulfillment activities, including processing, picking, packing and shipping customer orders. Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm; Monday-Friday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation.
• Read, understand and fulfill work orders.
• Load items for shipment.
• Receive, unload, inspect and store inventory items.
• Ensures product meets internal quality requirements and customers expectations.
• Communicates effectively and efficiently with all levels of the company.
• Utilizes computer systems and RF scanners to process fulfillment orders and maintain inventory
• Performs cycle counts and maintains accurate record keeping of inventory and the inventory system
• Processes all returned orders and materials
• Utilizes FedEx software and other computer systems to label and prep packages for shipment
• Operates machines and equipment to process fulfillment orders
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues following standard procedures while escalating as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

  High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple orders at a time without error
• Attention to detail and accuracy, with a dedication to quality
• Basic computer knowledge to complete paperwork and shipping information
• Ability to work safely within the production facility
